By updating your information you will make it possible for us to serve you and your family well. Email addresses and cell #s will help us send urgent messages to the parish family. (ie, cancellations)
IMPORTANT: When entering a cell phone number in this form please be sure to select your cell phone carrier from the drop down menu. (ie. Text-Verizon or Text-AT&T, etc.)
There are 3 address types: Home, Mailing and Alternate. If your Mailing address is different from your home address, please include that as well. If you are a "snow bird" or are away for long periods of time please list that address as "Alternate".
We realize that the area of the form that asks for Family email and phone may require that you enter the same data twice. This is necessary as the system searches for members via those fields. (Thank you).
If you are NEW to St. Julie's...welcome! Once your registration is complete a parish welcome packet will be sent to you. Please take a moment to introduce yourself to Fr. Roy after Mass so he can welcome you personally. (Please inform your previous parish that you have moved.)
If you are PRESENTLY a member of St. Julie's parish, you will need you parish ID # before you can begin updating your information. It can be found on your parish budget envelop. If you need us to look up your parish id number please email Census@saintjulies.org. You will receive a response within a few days. Note: Your updated information will be compared to your existing member file.
Rule of thumb... if you are not sure if something is currently up to date simply enter the information.
