Knights of Columbus
The Knights of Columbus is the largest Catholic family fraternal service organization, which provides members and their families with volunteer opportunities in service to the Catholic Church, their communities, families, and young people. The KOC is committed to pro-life educational campaigns. They sponsor one seminary student per year. Support of the spiritual welfare of those in the armed forces, and their families, are also a goal of this organization. Local food banks and food kitchens are also supported by KOC through donations of both manpower and products needed.
Business meetings are held at St. Julie’s Parish Hall on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month, with the exception of Thanksgiving, at 7 PM, adjourning at 8 PM. Fourth Degree Knights meet on the third Thursday of the month in Westport at the Oriental Pearl Restaurant at 7 PM.
